A health services network in New York City is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Physician to join their team as a Chief Medical Officer (CMO).About the Opportunity:Setting: Outpatient Schedule: Monday to FridayPatient Population: LGBTQ+ and HIVResponsibilities:The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will:Ensure highest standards of clinical care and compliance with healthcare regulations, overseeing clinical staff performanceProvide clinical leadership and vision, establishing and maintaining quality standards for LGBTQ+ community health servicesDevelop and recommend policies, procedures, and quality assurance plans to the Board of DirectorsSupervise clinical leadership and collaborate with site leaders to strengthen referral relationshipsLead organizational growth initiatives, including program development and funding sourcingRepresent organization externally in media, advocacy, and community health educationOversee incident resolution, quality improvement programs, and risk managementContribute to strategic planning, budget development, and grant proposal writingQualifications:Licensed in the State of New YorkBoard-Certified Primary Care Physician10+ years of clinical leadership and experienceHIV Specialistknowledge of LGBTQ+ community health and care for individuals experiencing homelessnessProven visionary leadership with strong administrative and organizational abilitiesDemonstrated dedication to advancing health equity and justiceDesired SkillsBilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
