We are actively seeking a Locums to Permanent Clinical Director of Adult Medicine to join our healthcare leadership team. As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the adult medicine department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and providing leadership to our clinical providers and staff. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation within the range of $220,000 xe2x80x93 $292,500. Comprehensive benefits package. Professional development opportunities. Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for the Adult Medicine department, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment. Ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based medical care in accordance with established protocols and standards. Lead recruitment, on-boarding, retention, and discipline processes for clinical providers, including physicians and advanced practitioners. Directly supervise and mentor advanced practitioners (APRNs, PAs) to optimize their performance and professional development. Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Collaborate with other departmental leaders and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to adult medicine services. Advocate for patient needs and ensure a patient-centric approach to care delivery. Qualifications: Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Proven experience in leadership roles with responsibilities for recruitment, on-boarding, retention, and discipline of clinical providers and staff. Experience in supervising and mentoring advanced practitioners (APRNs, PAs). All candidates must be vaccinated against Covid-19.
