We have Primary Care Physician LOCUM Contract opportunity in Flagstaff, AZ. Provide primary care to a panel of senior adult patients with a managed care organization – 1 payor with an average daily patient census of 18. Full support staff including a dedicated Medical Assistants. Comprehensive care model with extensive resources to ensure that your patients receive the time, attention and care they require and they deserve. Must be board certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting caring for adults. Must have a AZ license and current DEA with no restrictions. Solid training and orientation with quick onboarding. Hours: Monday – Friday; 8a-5p; this is a full-time contract for approximately 12 months; opportunity to go Perm if the physician is interested. Hourly rate is $155.00 as a 1099 Locum.
