Rate will be negotiable and dependent on experience and skillset Facility State Illinois Facility City Chicago Assignment Start Date 6/1/2024 Assignment End Date 11/1/2024 Facility Volume Ressurection: 58 ADE | Saint Mary: 87 ADE | Saint Alexius: 77 ADE Facility Coverage Hospitalist ICU Open Yes Client Type Hospital Medicine Locum Request for MD/DO MD/DO Certification Requirements BCIM, BEIM, BCFP, BEFP | Must have ACLS Merit Badge ACLS Night Call Requirement N/A Shift Preference Nights are needed over Days currently, but taking both Shift Times 7a-7p, 7p-7a Facility Specific Notes Ressurection: 2 MD + 1 NP Day, 1 MD Night | 4 MD + 1 NP Day, 1 MD NIght | 4 MD + 1 NP Day, 1 MD Night -Day candidates must live within 100 miles of Chicago; location restriction has been lifted for Nocturnists! -IL license must be active (I will send IMLC, but we will need to active license prior to beginning credentialing) -Providers must be able to work a minimum of 7 straight shifts per month.
