Family Practice OR Internal Medicine Physician Chicago, ILWe are looking for a motivated Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our medical practice full time in Chicago, IL. Ideally, the incoming Physician is driven and committed to providing high quality care. We will consider a MD/DO who is BCBE in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine. xc2xa0Must be fluent in Spanish. Duties and Responsibilities:Provide and manage direct patient care, Including physical examinations, evaluations, assessment, diagnoses and treatment.Order diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, electrocardiogram and laboratory test and interpret test results.Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medication and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional informationCommunicate patient needs, diagnosis, and course of treatment to the patient, company, as well as other clinical staff and instruct and educate patients about discharge instructions if applicableCollaborate with the physicians, PAxe2x80x99s, and office staff for comprehensive patient careDocumentation- timely and accurate (EMR)Requirements:Ability to communicate in Spanish Experience with electronic medical record strongly preferredGraduation from an accredited MD/DO programBCBE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictionsLicense to practice medicine in the IL and IL Controlled Substance License along with Federal DEA licenseSchedule:Full time xc2xa0Salary: $230k plus productivity bonusxc2xa0Benefits:Bonus compensation- performance basedPTO/Vacation plus bereavement, CME, and personal daysHealth insurance Disability insuranceRetirement planWe are seeking a Physician with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, someone with analytical skills necessary to maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining excellent customer service and team interactions.
