If you have a background in Family Medicine, are fluent in Spanish, and have experience caring for patients of all ages, this opportunity is perfect for you.You’ll be stationed at a single location, with multiple sites available in the area. On-call duties are minimal, primarily serving as backup for Advanced Practitioners.The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with competitive salary, incentives, benefits, and eligibility for loan forgiveness.xc2xa0JOB SUMMARY:As a primary care provider in outpatient settings, you’ll manage a range of medical issues within your specialty while also providing training and supervision to Advanced Practitioners and possibly residents or students.xc2xa0ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver direct patient care to support the client’s mission.Supervise Advanced Practitioners, including clinical teaching and providing feedback.May supervise residents or students as needed.Attend provider meetings and other required sessions.Maintain patient records, billing, and leave requests in accordance with hospital policies.Participate in Quality Assurance activities as requested.xc2xa0QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.Fluency in Spanish.Experience working with patients across all age groups.xc2xa0ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, PREFERRED:Experience working with migrant Spanish-speaking populations.
