DutiesWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasksSkillsTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:- Strong electrical knowledge and experience working with electrical systems- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills-Fluent in Spanish is a plus- Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is preferred-Knowledge of different metal fabrication machines. Such as punch presses, press brakes, fiber lasers, and panel benders-Knowledge of injection molding machines
